PFD-20 - Defoamer of process fluids

Purpose

Defoamer PFD-20 is designed for use in the petroleum and gas industry in the processes of well construction and workover with the purpose of defoaming of process fluids.
PFD-20 is most effective in the clay, polymer-clay, inhibiting drilling muds as additive to process fluids of the perforation, well killing, well conservation, well casing jobs. It is compatible with all reagents used for chemical treatment of drilling muds. It has no negative effect on rheological and filtration properties of mud solution.

Recommendations to application

Defoamer PFD-20 is dosed into drilling mud to prevent or eliminate foaming processes, in the concentration from 0.005% to 0.4% (from 0.05kg /m3 to 4kg/m3).
