HimAcid is a mixture of hydrochloric acid with surfantants, corrosion inhibitors and various modifiers added. The composition is designed for producing wells treatment in carbonate reservoirs and low permeable terrigenous reservoirs with high clay content. The composition performs as oil-wetting agent for porous medium HimAcid has the properties of a porous medium hydrophobizer.

HimAcid acid composition is delivered in 200 kg barrels and IBC.

Purpose

• Low carbonate rock reaction rate, resulting deep formation invasion;

• ability of stabilizing iron ions dissolved when dissolving iron-containing rocks and sediments;

• high permeability into porous oil saturated formation due to low “acid compound – oil”

surface tension;

• good salts and petroleum hydrocarbons dissolving capacity;

• effective prevention of stable viscoelastic oil-acid emulsions;

• high asphaltene deposits dispersing capacity;

• low corrosion activity.

Recommendations to application

HimAcid is used for wells post drilling completion, for well re-completion, for post conservation or well shutdown period completion. The agent is used in enhanced recovery technologies in production oil and gas wells with water cut higher than 50%, when formation productivity has been reduced due to non-organic colmatants or water-oil emulsions.

Ready solutions can be used for wells treatment under bottom hole temperature up to 120 °С.
