Saulting inhibitor “HimStop S” contains surfactants in its composition which create protection on the surface of equipment, and it is designed for protection of the borehole and oil field equipment against deposits of the carbonate and sulfate salts, namely, calcium carbonate (calcite), calcium sulphate, strontium and barium (plaster stone, celestite and barite) in the conditions of high supersaturation and various mineralization of produced waters. The reagent has higher stability towards high content of calcium ions contained in produced waters. A positive side of the developed reagent is its capability to prevent formation of crystallization nuclei, as well as reduce the adhesion of formed microcrystalline salts on metal surface.
