WellFix Air - Chemical filler for light-weight cement mortars

Purpose

WellFix Air is designed for use in the petroleum and gas industry in the processes of well construction and workover, as a processing aid for cement slurries, with the purpose of obtaining light-weighted cements, sedimentation-stable cement mortars of normal density and accelerated development of cement stone strength. WellFix Air, when it reacts with calcium ions, imparts cement slurry with three-dimensional gel structure, which makes it possible to increase the water-cement ratio, thus, reducing the density of the cement mortar without extra free-water loss.

Recommendations to application

To obtain light-weight solutions, WellFix Air is mixed in dry form. When it is poured into water, there is probability of formation of unstable suspension. The dosage of WellFix Air in most types of cement mortars makes up from 0.05 to 2.5% of the weight of dry cement mix.
