WellFix Base

WellFix Base is added to cement mortar to obtain a stronger and more durable stone. WellFix Base reacts with calcium hydroxide released at the moment of Portland cement hydration to form binders. As a result, WellFix Base, as high reactivity pozzolan, helps to obtain a stronger and more durable cement stone and improves concrete characteristics such as compressive strength, bond strength, durability, thermal stability, chemical resistance, and significantly reduces the permeability of cement stone. When natural filler materials are used, strength exceeding 150 mPa is reached. The action of WellFix Base pozzolan micro globules as pore fillers reduces water permeability by 50 %, helps to significantly reduce the capillary porosity and permeability of concrete, significantly enhances the resistance to sulfates, chloride aggression, weak acids, sea water, improves thermal stability up to 400^oC and freezing resistance to -50^oC, and enhances corrosion resistance.
