WellFix FT - Free water controller

Purpose

Free water controller WellFix FT is used for cement mortars of any density and composition. The reagent is capable of reducing water settling in cement mix, shortening setting time, as well as it positively impacts the rheology of the mortar, preventing sedimantion of cement particles.

The use of free water controller WellFix FT makes it possible to:

Decrease the consumption of cement when this additive is applied;
Increase the final strength of the stone by 40 to 60%, depending on its concentration and formula.
Exclude corrosion impact, compared to other setting accelerators, having chloride ions in their composition.

WellFix FT works both in cold and hot water used for cement mix.

Recommendations to application

Free water controller WellFix FT is entered into the mixture by way of dry mixing. The recommended dosage of the reagent is from 1.0 to 3.5% of the mass of binder. The optimal dosage of the additive is determined individually, by way of laboratory tests and the required parameters of the finished mortar.
