WellFix P-130 - Cement mortar plasticizer

Purpose

WellFix P-130 is designed for use in the petroleum and gas industry, in the process of well cementing, as a plasticizer additive to cement slurries, reducing the hydraulic pressure of cement mortar, thus, minimimizing the pressure of pumping and squeezing during well cementing jobs. The principle of action of the reagent WellFix P-130 is based on the dispersing of cement particles due to manifestation of electrostatic and steric effect of absorbed molecules of the plasticizer.

Recommendations to application

WellFix P-130 should be used for dry mixing, as well as by adding it into cement mixing liquid. The working concentrations vary from 0.10% to 0.30% of dry cement weight. Exceeding the required concentration may affect the mortar sedimentation stability. WellFix P-130 is a universal plasticizer and is evenly effective in composition on the basis of cement and gypsum. Being used with WellFix FL fluid loss reducing agents, it exhibits a synergistic effect and enhance their action.
