WellFix P-200 - Cement mortar plasticizer

Purpose

WellFix P-200 is used in the petroleum and gas industry in the processes of well construction and workover as a plasticizer for cement slurries. The principle of action of plasticizer WellFix P-200 is based on the dispersing of cement particles due to manifestation of electrostatic effect of absorbed molecules of the plasticizer. Plasticizer WellFix P-200 improves the rheology and fluidity of cement slurries, minimizing the pressure of pumping and squeezing of cement slurries.

Recommendations to application

WellFix P-200 is used at concentration of 0.1 to 1.0% (of dry cement weight). It can be used for dry mixing, as well as through adding it into cement tempering liquid. Plasticizer WellFix P-200 can be applied within the temperature range of 0 to 185°C. Due to its inhibiting nature WellFix P-200 slightly extends the cement thickening time. When used with fluid loss reducing agents of the WellFix FL batch, it has synergistic effect and enhancing their effect.
