WellFix FL Luxe - Fluid loss reducing agent

Purpose

WellFix FL Luxe is designed to use as an additive to reduce the value of cement slurry filtration when cementing well casing.

WellFix FL Luxe is a fluid loss reducing agent with the effect of a thinner. The additive does not cause any extension of cement mortar thickening time, not having any negative impact on the speed of strength development, and on the value of the ultimate strength. WellFix FL Luxe is recommended for use in expanding cement slurries on the basis of sulfoaluminates, as well as the calcium and magnesium oxides. It works on a wide range of temperatures from 10 to 180°C.

Recommendations to application

WellFix FL Luxe is added to dry cement mix or cement tempering liquid. Recommended range of the WellFid FL Luxe concentrations is 0.2 to 0.8% to the dry cement weight, depending on the type of cement slurry and the required value of water loss.
