WellFix FL Ultra

WellFix FL Ultra is designed to use as an additive to reduce cement slurry filtration when cementing oil and gas wells.

WellFix FL Ultra is recommended for the cementing of casing, pay horizons to preserve the reservoir properties of pay zones, as well as for cementing of gas wells and oil wells with gas-oil ratio.

WellFix FL Ultra plays role of gas blocking agent preventing and blocking migration of interzonal fluids and gases.

The additive WellFix FL Ultra inconsiderably extends the thickening time of cement slurry, after its initial setting and contributes to fast hardening of cement. Rapid development of consistency from 30 to 100 Bc provides the transmission of pressure from cement column in annulus onto the walls of borehole until the mortar hardens. Such effect also prevents penetration of fluids and gases into the cement column. The additive WellFix FL Ultra is capable of working in salt-saturated solutions (up to 18%) and at high temperatures up to 180°C.
