WellFix RD Grade 20

Purpose

The expanding additive WellFix RD Grade 20 is used in the production of dry building mixtures, concrete mixtures, foam concrete and aerated concrete. The product causes an increase in the linear dimensions of the cement stone. The cause of oxide expansion is the loosening of the crystal lattice of the initial phase during hydration and an increase in its volume. WellFix RD Grade 20 makes it possible to obtain expandable or nonshrinkable mixtures that exclude shrinkage during hardening and dry shrinkage.

Recommendations to application

WellFix RD Grade 20 expanding additive is introduced into the composition by dry mixing. The recommended dosage is 5-15% of the initial cement weight. The optimal dosage of the additive is determined during laboratory tests, we recommend to contact Himprom representatives to choose the right concentration.
