Purpose

HimCell B Grades B-40, B-50, B-60 are designed for the production of cement-based tile adhesives, plasters and gypsum-based putties. Chemical products have high water-retaining properties, thereby reducing the absorption of water by porous surfaces, in addition, the necessary manufacturability of the mixture is ensured (recyclability, slip resistance, optimal setting time, etc.). The high degree of grinding ensures good mixing with materials such as gypsum, cement and pigments, which in turn ensures the dispersion of the mixture in water without lump formation. HimCell B Grades B-40, B-50, B-60 are compatible with almost all other additives, such as surfactants, water-soluble polymers, setting time regulators, etc.

Recommendations to application

Recommended dosage of HimCell B is 0.2-0.5% of the product by weight of the mixture. The optimal dosage of the additive is determined by laboratory tests. Please contact Himprom representatives in order to choose the optimal concentration.
