WellFix А-100 - Air-Entraining Additive

Purpose

The air-entraining additive WellFix A-100 is used in the production of building materials based on gypsum and cement, plaster mixtures for manual and machine application based on gypsum, plaster mixtures based on cement, masonry mortars, floor compositions. The product reduces the surface tension of mortar water, which contributes to dispersion. In addition, small stable air bubbles are involved, which improves the manufacturability of the mixture, increases its yield, and reduces the number of cracks.

Recommendations to application

WellFix A-100 air-entraining additive is introduced into the mixture by dry mixing. The recommended dosage is 0.005-0.05% of the mixture weight. The optimal dosage of the additive is determined during laboratory tests, we recommend to contact Himprom representatives to choose the right concentration.
