Hydra DS is a composition based on high molecular glycols and inorganic acid salts.

Hydra DS clay demulsifier and stabilizer is supplied in polypropylene barrels of 200 liters or IBC-containers of 1,000 liters.

Purpose

Hydra DS is used in the oil and gas industry as a complex demulsifier and stabilizer of clays for hydraulic fracturing jobs. The Hydra DS clay demulsifier-stabilizer components form a synergetic effect, accelerating the process of crude oil emulsion breaking and providing a high level of inhibiting clay shales. The use of Hydra DS clay demulsifier and stabilizer results in decrease of the supplemental reagents usage, which makes it possible to reduce transportation costs, the load of equipment and the cost of hydraulic fracturing fluid.
