Hydra GEL is a modified guar gum based fast-hydrating gelling agent

Purpose

Hydra GEL is used as a gelling agent for hydraulic fracturing fluids injected into productive formations. The chemical is quickly hydrated in cold water and is perfectly linked with borate crosslinkers. After crosslinking a viscous, durable gel without clots and lumps is formed. Hydra GEL 7F and 8F is a guar polymer of higher friability which makes it possible to use it for preparation in hydration units with direct injection into the stream.
