Ingidol B - Inhibiting composition with thinning effect

Purpose

Ingidol B provides solution of large number of applied tasks of well drilling, the most important of which are:

Inhibiting of swelling clay minerals, providing the maintainance of stability of borehole walls, composed of unstable hygroscopic clay rocks;
Reduction of clay buildup in drilling mud due to increased cutting-carrying capacity as a result of prevented dispersion of mud laden fluid.

Recommendations to application

An optimal way of entering the composition of Ingidol B into the drilling mud is processing of mud into active flow tank through mud hopper. In so doing, the entering of Ingidol B should be carried out strictly in cyclic order. Recommended concentration of the Ingidol B in drilling mud should be from 0.2 to 0.5%. As first signs of hole sloughing appear, the concentration of Ingidol B can be brought up to 1 to 2%. The reagent can be used in thin clay drilling muds.
