HimVis

Purpose

Being used as acid thickener in processing technologies of the face of the formation HimVis allows to reduce the loss of acid solution, increase the duration of acid action and improve the results of stimulation by increasing the penetration of acid composition deep into the formation.

Being used as a thickener of brines and completion fluid, HimVis eliminates gas migration along the wellbore.

Recommendations to application

HimVis can be used both in pure form and in the form of a mother liquor, the concentration is selected depending on the requirements for the viscosity of the process fluid and technological capabilities. The optimal concentration is selected during tests. To prepare the stock (mother liquor) solutions (approximately 1.0%), the product is added into water while mixing vigorously and uniformly. The dissolution period is about 15 minutes at room temperature.
