Sludge-forming agent HimSGM is a mixture of inorganic sodium salt . The reagent is used to redirect filtration flows to enhance formation productivity, water control and to reduce formation fluid water cut The agent water solution reacted with oil-field brines or calcium chloride solution results in sediment. Hence water inflow in flushed zones gets blocked.

HimSGM sludge-forming reagent is delivered in 500-1,000 kg bags.

Recommendations to application

HimSGM sludge-forming reagent solution is prepared on the surface, directly at a wellhead, or at a mud room. The technology implies two-flow consequent injection of HimSGM solution and calcium chloride solution. Recommended proportion of solutions is 2:1 correspondingly. Detailed agent concentration is determined according to process technology and conditions by laboratory tests.
