The surfactants and modifying agents included as a compound of the “HimSurf A” reagent make it possible to:

• decrease surface tension at the boundary of hydrocarbons, which provides deep penetration of the acid composition into reservoir, as well as an easier development of a well after its acid treatment;
• retard the reaction velocity between the acid solution and carbonate rock to form up a developed system of channels for fluids;
• prevent formation of oil-acid emulsions, as well as break an already formed emulsion;
• prevent reprecipitation;
• stabilize dissolved iron ions;
• increase the salt dissolving capacity;
• enhance the capacity to disperse asphaltene precipitation;
• mitigate corrosivity;
