Universal surfactant for oil recovery enhancement

HimSurf U universal surfactant is designed for treatment of bottom-hole formation zone. If necessary, it can be injected into reservoir to enhance recovery of formation fluids, increasing the relative permeability of hydrocarbons by way of minimizing the risk of fluid phase retention of hydrocarbons during drilling, completion or workovers, as well as during polymer flooding. The treatment (acid spotting) makes it possible to achieve bottom-hole and borehole walls cleanup from filter cake, slurry cake, asphaltenes, saline deposits and corrosion products.

Universal surfactant HimSurf U is delivered in 185 kg barrels.

Recommendations to application

HimSurf U is used as a reagent for producing wells by way of special acid treatment baths. Standard consumption rate of HimSurf U is 5 to 7 l/m3 . When tertiary oil recovery enhancement methods are applied (by means of injection wells), the standard consumption rate of HimSurf U shall be 2 to 4 l/m3
