“HimWall-200” is a liquid two-component composition on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde resins and an activator which, when interacting with each other, form solid monolithic one-piece stone. The composition is predominantly used in the technologies for sealing casing annulus, against crossflows present near cement column. Low viscosity of the compound and density make it possible to easily circulate the slurry to any desired interval.. The reaction velocity under certain temperature(s) is regulated by the activator only, per 100% of weight base.

Recommendations to application

Depending on the temperature, pressure and technological characteristics of a well, an optimal “base – activator” proportion of the compound should be selected, to prevent early stiffening. Standard consumption rate of the activator shall not exceed 50% in the most part of technological operations (which is conditioned with required time for circulating the compound).
