Complex water-soluble composition of the ”DeInvert” brand is designed for removal of oil and asphaltene precipitation, decomposition of emulsion and prevention of its formation in rock pores, as well as for removal of residual oil from reservoir. It is an acqueus-alcoholic solution of ionogenic and non-ionogenic surfactants and modifiers.

Recommendations to application

It is used as a complex additive of operating fluids at any stage of operations. Standard consumption rate of the product amounts to 0.5-4.5%. Effective consumption rates are selected individually. To restore operational capability of a well and commission it after killing it with the use of water-in-oil emulsion, it needs washing with a 5-6% solution of the “DeInvert” composition. The washing solution, at that, is squeezed into a pay zone under pressure of 35 to 40 atm. without regard to hydrostatics. It is then left for 1 to 3 hours to react. Pressure dropdown almost to the hydrostatic values indicates the decomposition of the blocking emulsion screen. Amount of the washing solution is 20 to 30% of the volume of injected emulsion.
