Purpose

WellFix Def is used as defoamer for cement slurries and drilling muds. It is compatible with all types of cement additives and cements. It is especially effective when it is used in wells drilled with the use of various clay muds, inhibiting muds. Clayless biopolymer drilling muds, oil-based drilling muds.

Recommendations to application

Defoamer WellFix Def is poured into mixture by way of dry mixing. The recommended dosage is from 0.1 to 0.3% of dry cement mass. The more precise quantity of the additive should be specified individually for each specific formula.
