WellFix МКМ 5 - Microcement

Purpose

WellFix МКМ 5 is designed to eliminate drilling hazards (advanced water shut off), while carrying out the current and capital workovers of oil-and-gas wells, in the following instances:

To eliminate flows behind casing in the hole clearance;
To cement highly permeable and unstable wet enclosing rocks;
To restore the strength of corrupted cement;
To be used as additional consolidation material while pumping helium systems during water shut off jobs;
To eliminate large cavities and voids (up to 40-50 m in size) with the use of depth meter devices.

Recommendations to application

WellFix МКМ 5 is delivered to the workover area in the form of suspension or in transport agent (polyglicols, diesel fuel). With this going on, the substance penetrates thin pores and fissures.The suspension of this composition has high fluidity, similar to fluidity of water even with the minimal water-cement ratio. The penetrability of the suspension is comparable with nondispersing binding agents.

The average dose is up to 20%.
