WellFix Spacer A - Spacer composition

Purpose

WellFix Spacer A is designed for use in the petroleum and gas industry, in the processes of well construction and workover, as a basis for preparation of low-viscous water-based fluids. The spacer fluid, prepared on the basis of WellFix Spacer A, has high detergency, making it possible to efficiently prepare a well borehole for successful cementing of casing drilled at any kind of the clay-, polymer clay-, biopolymer-, and oil-based mud solutions. The given flushing composition makes it possible to improve the quality of adhesive connections between cement stone, rock, and casing by way of destruction and removal of the clay filter cake.

Recommendations to application

WellFix Spacer A is compatible with practically all additives used for preparation of cement mortars and with all classes of cement. The working concentration is about 5 kg/m³.
