Purpose

WellFix P-300 is used in the oil and gas industry in the well construction and workover processes as a cement mortars plasticizer. WellFix P-300 plasticizer performs good plasticizing capacity due to its high dispersion property, which makes it possible to provide cement mortars set parameters under lower water-cement ratio. This capacity makes it possible to obtain concrete mixtures with high values of the fast and ultimate strength, as well as high capacity of frost and water resistance and fluidity.

Recommendations to application

WellFix P-300 plasticizer is used in concentration of 0.1% to 0.5% (based on dry cement weight). It can be used for dry mixing, as well as added to cement tempering liquid. WellFix P-300 plasticizer can be used in the temperature range of 20 to 150 °C.
