WellFix RTD

WellFix RTD is designed for use in the petroleum and gas industry, in the processes of well construction and workover, as a setting retarder for cement mortar. Setting retarder WellFix RTD plates out on the surface of cement particles in the process of hydration, isolating calcium ions, which prevents their contact with water and formation of nuclei of crystals, thus, extending the setting time of cement mortar. Setting retarder WellFix RTD contributes to dispersion of cement particles in the mortar, improving their wetting. Having the properties of plasticizer, the additive WellFix RTD improves rheology and fluid properties of cement mortars, minimizing the pressure of pumping and squeezing of cement slurries.
