Purpose

WellCoat PU Grade B polyurethane dispersion is used in the production of various paintwork materials as a binder, ensuring high-quality dispersion of the components. The chemical product contributes to the formation of durable matte coatings, including those with a soft-touch effect, has good adhesion to wooden and plastic surfaces. WellCoat PU Grade B provides high resistance to mechanical action.

Recommendations to application

The content of WellCoat PU Grade B in the target product is determined by the coating performance requirements. The dispersion is compatible with other acrylic or polyurethane dispersions, in order to assess the compatibility preliminary testing is recommended. The optimal dosage of WellCoat PU Grade B is determined during laboratory tests, we recommend to contact Himprom representatives to choose the right concentration. WellCoat PU Grade B is recommended to be stored at a temperature range from +5 °C to +35 °C, avoiding exposure to low temperatures.
