Purpose

WellFix FA foaming agent is used in the manufacture of various lightweight and durable products, for example, such as drywall and lightweight gypsum blocks. The introduction of WellFix FA into the working mixture ensures the formation of a stable, high foam, even in solutions prepared using hard water. The chemical product has a number of advantages:
• low tendency to gel formation in electrolyte solutions;
• good solubility in water and compatibility with various non-ionic and anionic surfactants;
• environmental safety of the additive itself and finished working solutions;
• no need to replace production equipment.

Recommendations to application

The consumption rate of WellFix FA Foaming Agent is 0.5-1.0% of the dry gypsum weight. Please contact Himprom representatives in order to choose the optimal dosage. The introduction of the WellFix FA Foaming Agent is possible at any stage of the working mixture preparation. It is recommended to mix the additive before use. The recommended storage temperature is from +15 °C to +45 °C, storage at a maximum temperature of +50 °C is possible for a short time. The guaranteed shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
