WellFix P Grade 200 plasticizer is a product based on the sodium salt of an organic acid copolymer with formaldehyde.

WellFix P Grade 200 plasticizer is supplied in bags of 25 kg on pallets of 1,000 kg. It is possible to supply it in the form of a solution in plastic containers with a volume of 1 m3 (in European cubes) on request.

Purpose

WellFix P Grade 200 is used as a plasticizing additive in the production of ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete and concrete structures. The principle of action of the WellFix P Grade 200 plasticizer is based on the dispersion of cement particles due to the manifestation of the electrostatic effect of adsorbed plasticizer molecules.

The introduction of WellFix P Grade 200 makes it possible to achieve:

• reduction of the water amount and, as a result, an increase in the strength of concrete;

• increase in the mobility of the concrete mixture;

• increase of the concrete mixture mobility shelf life;

• reduction of the cement consumption;

• increase of the initial and final strength of concrete (in equal-moving mixtures).

Recommendations to application

WellFix P Grade 200 plasticizer should be added to the concrete mix in dry form or together with the mixing water, preferably adding with the last third mixing water. When preparing the working solution of the additive, for better dissolution, the additive should be dosed into water with vigorous stirring. The recommended dosage is 0.3-1.5% of the cement weight in terms of the main substance. The optimal dosage of WellFix P Grade 200 is determined during laboratory tests, we recommend to contact Himprom representatives to choose the right concentration.
