The plasticizer WellFix P Grade 400 is a product based on a sulfo derivative copolymer of heterocyclic amine and formaldehyde with different molecular weights. WellFix P Grade 400 plasticizer is supplied in dry form in bags of 25 kg on pallets of 1,000 kg. It is possible to supply it in the form of a solution in plastic containers with a volume of 1 m3 (in European cubes) on request.

Purpose

WellFix P Grade 400 is used to plasticize and reduce water consumption for cement- and gypsum-based mixtures. The principle of operation is based on the dispersion of binder particles due to the manifestation of the electrostatic effect of the adsorbed plasticizer molecules. Thus, the mobility of the mixture is significantly increased, and its water consumption is significantly reduced.

Recommendations to application

WellFix P Grade 400 plasticizer should be added to the concrete mix in dry form or together with the mixing water, preferably adding with the last third mixing water. The recommended dosage is 0.1-3.0% by weight of the dry mixture. The optimal dosage of WellFix P Grade 400 is determined during laboratory tests, we recommend to contact Himprom representatives to choose the right concentration.
