WellFix P Grades 100, 110, 130, 135 are compositions based on polycarboxylate polymers of different molecular weights.

WellFix P Grades 100, 110, 130, 135 is supplied in bags of 25 kg on pallets of 1,000 kg. It is possible to supply it in the form of a solution in plastic containers with a volume of 1 m3 (in European cubes) on request.

Purpose

WellFix P Grades 100, 110, 130, 135 are used as a plasticizing additive in the production of dry building mixtures based on cement, gypsum, magnesia and polymer binders. The principle of action of the product is based on the dispersion of binder fractions due to the manifestation of the electrostatic and steric effect of adsorbed plasticizer molecules. The steric effect is achieved due to the side hydrophobic chains of the polymer molecule. The use of WellFix P Grades 100, 110, 130, 135 contributes to the significant reduction of mixing water amount, increase the of the mixture mobility, reduction of the binder consumption and increase in strength.
