Chemical reagents for drilling

Purpose

WellFix FT setting accelerator is used to regulate the cement slurries of different densities and compositions setting time. Introduction of WellFix FT into the cement mortar accelerates the hydration of the cement. As a result, a homogeneous fine porous structure free of water is created. Cements and concretes prepared with the addition of WellFix FT set accelerator:
• acquire increased strength;
• are characterized by a lower degree of shrinkage and a lower likelihood of crack formation;
• acquire anti-corrosion properties, and are also able to protect the reinforcement laid in them from corrosion;
• become suitable for work and operation in conditions of low temperatures and high humidity.

Recommendations to application

WellFix FT setting accelerator is recommended to be added during the preparation of:

• self-leveling floors;

• quick-setting cement adhesives;

• repair mortars;

• plasters and mortar mixtures with low thermal conductivity;

• mortars for the construction of hinged structures.

WellFix FT setting accelerator is introduced into the building mixture by dry mixing. The recommended dosage of the reagent is 1.0-5.0% of the cement paste weight. The optimal dosage of the additive is determined individually in accordance with the required parameters of the finished solution by laboratory tests.
