Purpose

Poly-Mud FL 1 is used in water-based drilling mud to reduce fluid loss. It does not affect the viscosity of drilling mud. It stabilizes effectively clay drilling mud; it reduces the intensity of solid phase development in the process of drilling. It is freeze resistant and is not subject to enzymatic degradation (decay) at high temperatures.
