Purpose

Poly-Mud DC Liquid cationic polymer acts as an inhibitor of clays in drilling fluids, well completion and treatment fluids. The principle of action of the additive is based on the construction of strong electrostatic bonds with clay molecules, followed by the formation of hydrophobic agglomerations.
