Continuous improvement and development are core principles of Himprom’s work.
To expand its product portfolio, adapt customers’ existing process solutions, and develop unique products and innovative technologies, Himprom established its Research and Development Center.

About the Research and Development Center

The Center’s priority is innovative cooperation with Russian and international oilfield service companies and the development and supply of unique solutions. Himprom has created all the necessary conditions for this work: the Center’s laboratory complex is staffed by highly qualified specialists and equipped with modern instruments from leading global manufacturers (OFITE, CTE, Brookfield, Fann), enabling research at a high scientific and technical level. Laboratory equipment is calibrated on schedule, and when required by a customer, the Center undertakes part of the work involved in calibrating the customer’s equipment. In addition to analytical studies and innovative developments in drilling and cement slurries, enhanced oil recovery technologies and well workover, the Center’s laboratories assess product properties and quality.  Product quality analysis at the Center is performed in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards.
