Purpose

HimСlean is used to remove oil-based mud film residues from borehole walls and from downhole equipment by efficiently dissolving and dispersing the drilling fluid. Special features
• It consists of natural and environmentally safe raw materials;
• it performs good oil-based mud washing properties;
• it enables effective casing string and borehole walls cleaning from oil-based mud; • it enhances the hole lining after the use of oil-based mud;
• it can be used as an additive to conventional hydrocarbon solvents in order to improve their efficiency;
• it can be used as a washing spacer after oil-based mud, and as an asphalt, resin, and paraffin deposits remover.

Recommendations to application

The standard recommendation for the use of HimClean consists in the preparation of hi-vis pills and pumping of HimClean between them as per “hi-vis pill - HimClean - hi-vis pill” flowchart followed by pumping of process water-based flushing spacer with the addition of WellFix Spacer А composition (5 kg/m³)

* Hi-vis pill is prepared with the use of WellFix Spacer SB (3 kg/m³) and HimPAC HV (3 kg/m³); the concentration of hi-vis pill components may be increased if necessary.

The optimal choice is made depending on particular customer requirements.
